In addition to my educational background rooted in science and psychodyamic understanding of the human condition, my life and work experience offer an accumulation of understanding and tools that I use with my clients.

Educational background
- Bachelor of Health Science, Majoring in Population Health
- Post Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy Practice
- Currently completing Masters in Psychotherapy Practice
- Certificate in Health coaching
- CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
My work
I've worked in the mental health sector in various capacities for over 7 years. I have worked alongside various Primary health care, non-government, GP, police, corportate and private practices. Through my passion to better the mental health of New Zealanders, I have been involved in everything from residential and community work to 1-1 and group work and even research and pilot projects.

As an individual well-being practitioner, I have provided over 500 1-1 therapy sessions to people wanting to improve their mental well-being.
